Dalgaard to oversee German software giant's cloud business. Enterprise software maker SAP AG said Friday it appointed Lars Dalgaard to its executive board in a move that was widely expected. Dalgaard, who was chief executive of SuccessFactors Inc. before SAP completed the takeover of the U.S.-based cloud software provider this year, will now be responsible for SAP's complete cloud business, the German company said.
